Everything you need to know before you apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a verifiable indigene of Owerri North, Owerri West, Owerri Municipal, or Ngor Okpala LGA.
- Must hold a valid admission letter from a recognised government or public institution.
- Must have obtained the required SSCE / WAEC / GCE credits.
- Must be aged between 16 and 25 years.
- Must possess a valid Voter's Card if above the age of 17 (where applicable).
Application Process
- Create an account on the portal and verify your email address.
- Log in and complete the eligibility pre-screening questions.
- Complete Sections A – G of the scholarship application form.
- Upload all required supporting documents.
- Review your complete application and accept the declaration.
- Submit your application before the scholarship cycle closing date.
- Track your application status from your dashboard.
